   Ten themes, one ordering flow

   Half the theme library was the same layout wearing a different swatch strip, so we retired the ten duplicate keys and kept the ten that genuinely differ. Menus already on a retired key move to the theme they were really rendering. The cart, filters and order status now come from one shared set of diner components that reads each theme's own palette, so ordering behaves the same whichever look you pick.

   Tenant cookie cache for faster dashboard nav

   We now cache the active tenant on a short-lived cookie and stream heavy dashboard pages through Suspense boundaries. Switching between Overview, Orders, and Customers feels instant instead of waiting on a round-trip.

   Supabase moved to the Mumbai region

   All databases and edge functions are now colocated in ap-south-1. Median API latency for Indian operators dropped by roughly two-thirds. The dashboard and guest menu both open faster over 4G.

   Configurable help-button options per tenant

   Owners can choose which signals diners can send: call waiter, refill water, bring the bill, or custom labels. Each lands on the KDS with the table tagged, so staff know exactly why the bell rang.

   Kitchen display now streams live over Supabase realtime

   No more 10-second polling lag. New orders and help signals push to the KDS the moment they hit the database. Fullscreen mode covers the whole dashboard chrome, and tickets show richer per-item detail.

   The /themes section now renders real iframes of each theme against seeded demo data. Pick a mood without squinting at static screenshots. Scroll the preview to see how your menu would breathe.

   Brand customisation: colour, hero, and background image

   A per-tenant brand tab lets you set a primary colour, a hero image, and an optional background image that the public menu picks up across all 10 themes. The QR stays the same; the look changes in one click.

   Printable tax invoices with per-tenant GSTIN numbering

   Orders now generate INV-2026-0001-style sequential invoices on Pro tier. Diners download from the order confirmation; operators open them from any order row for their CA.

   Typed modifiers and structured diner customisations

   Sugar scale, milk choice, spice level, and add-ons are now typed modifier groups with server-validated price deltas. Kitchen tickets show the exact selection; bills reflect the right total, no more sticker-label scribbles.
